Pankaj is a multifaceted changemaker, a Mechanical Engineer, supply chain professional, and a professional singer with a powerful vision to create social change through music, education, and community empowerment. With a deep belief in music's ability to connect, heal, and inspire, Pankaj has dedicated his life to transforming the lives of underprivileged children and communities by harnessing the power of creativity and education. As the founder of Dhawani Bharti Foundation, Pankaj combines his technical expertise as a Mechanical Engineer with his passion for music to design impactful programs that promote social good. His engineering background gives him the precision and problem-solving skills needed to structure and execute large-scale initiatives, ensuring that every project runs effectively and reaches those who need it most.

Head, Process Excellence

Rahul Kashyap serves as the Head of Process Excellence at Dhawani Bharti Foundation, where he blends strategic thinking with a deep appreciation for the arts. With a background in Computer Applications and a strong foundation in IT and B2B media, Rahul focuses on building systems that support sustainable growth, operational clarity, and impactful program delivery.
